The legal framework for commercial and investment activity in Libya

Abstract

This study explores the first collected volume of complete poetic works by the Libyan poet Ali Abdel Salam Al-Fazzani, aiming to uncover the poet’s awareness of the creative process and the dimensions of his relationship with poetic artisanship. Poetry itself emerges as a central theme in many of the poems, where the poet reveals a critical consciousness of the act of writing. Through his poetic expression, Al-Fazzani articulates the experience of poetic practice, the haunting concerns and emotions that accompany it, his personal conception of poetry and its pathways, as well as the cultural, intellectual, and aesthetic values embedded in his expressive forms. The study also examines the function, purpose, and role of poetry within his vision. Employing an artistic analytical method to illuminate the poet’s awareness, the research also draws on interpretive tools to decode the intellectual vision and extract meaning in the embodiment of poetry within his creative experience.
