تأثير الأمراض الجلدية المزمنة على صورة الجسم والتكيف النفسي لدى المراهقين: تحليل الاتجاهات البحثية المعاصرة

يهدف هذا البحث إلى استكشاف تأثير الأمراض الجلدية المزمنة على صورة الجسم والتكيف النفسي لدى المراهقين خلال الفترة (2015-2025)، نظرًا لأهمية هذه المرحلة التطورية الحرجة وحساسيتها تجاه المظهر الجسدي والقبول الاجتماعي، اعتمد البحث المنهج التحليلي الموضوعي لمراجعة 24 دراسة منشورة في قواعد بيانات علمية متخصصة (PubMed, PsycINFO, Google Scholar) باستخدام معايير إدراج واستبعاد محددة، وتم تحليل البيانات وفقًا لمنهجية براون وكلارك للتحليل الموضوعي عبر تصنيفات منهجية وجغرافية-ثقافية، كشفت النتائج عن توافق واسع حول التأثيرات السلبية للأمراض الجلدية على تقدير الذات وارتفاع الأعراض الاكتئابية والقلقية والعزلة الاجتماعية، مع وجود فجوات منهجية جوهرية تتمثل في ندرة الدراسات الطولية والتجريبية ومحدودية التمثيل الثقافي، يوصي البحث بتصميم دراسات طولية ومتعددة التخصصات، وتطوير بروتوكولات علاجية مبنية على الأدلة، وتعزيز الدعم الأسري والمجتمعي للحد من الوصم الاجتماعي.
