الأنماط الجينية لفيروس الورم الحليمي البشري عالي الخطورة وارتباطها بالتغيرات الخلوية العنقية بين النساء في بنغازي: دراسة جزيئية مقطعية

الملخص

يرتبط سرطان عنق الرحم ارتباطًا وثيقًا باستمرار العدوى بالأنماط الجينية عالية الخطورة لفيروس الورم الحليمي البشري هدفت هذه الدراسة الجزيئية المقطعية إلى تحديد معدل انتشار الأنماط عالية الخطورة وتوزيعها، وبيان علاقتها بالتغيرات الخلوية في عنق الرحم لدى النساء بمدينة بنغازي، جُمعت مسحات عنق الرحم من 300 امرأة تراوحت أعمارهن بين 21 و65 سنة. صُنفت النتائج الخلوية وفق نظام بيثيسدا، بينما كُشف عن الحمض النووي للفيروس وحددت أنماطه باستخدام تفاعل البوليميراز المتسلسل في الوقت الحقيقي ظهرت العدوى عالية الخطورة لدى 51 امرأة، بمعدل انتشار بلغ 17.0% كان النمط HPV-16 الأكثر شيوعًا، تلاه HPV-18 ثم HPV-31 وHPV-52. وظهرت تغيرات خلوية غير طبيعية لدى 17.0% من المشاركات، وكانت الآفات الحرشفية منخفضة الدرجة والخلايا الحرشفية غير النمطية الأكثر تكرارًا ارتفعت إيجابية الفيروس مع شدة التغيرات الخلوية، وبلغت 75.0% بين حالات الآفات عالية الدرجة تؤكد النتائج وجود علاقة مهمة بين العدوى المسرطنة والتغيرات الخلوية، وتدعم دمج الفحص الجزيئي مع الفحص الخلوي ضمن برامج الكشف المبكر.
