Abstract

This study aims to identify the Libyan national movement in Tripoli and Fezzan, and is represented in two distinctive national characters, Ala, who is the personality of the militant Bashir Al -Saadawi; And the personality of the militant Muhammad Othman al -Said, who was known for them as the sparkling politicians and the two remaining speakers and the committed patriots. And he fought negotiations and dialogue for the sake of the unity and independence of Libya and a motivation to unify the national leadership under the Senussi crown, so the point of compatibility and meeting of all the Libyan parties in the national liberation movement and continued to struggle until the independence of Libya in 1951 AD, and struggled politically Mr. Mohamed Othman Al -Said, who is the son of Fazan, the French occupation of Fezzan, and founded the National Assembly in Fazan, and had a prominent role in the voice of Vazan For the capital, Tripoli, and he fought his political struggle until he obtained independence in 1951 AD, and he is considered the engineer of the unity of Libya after his arrival in the presidency after independence from (1960 to 1963 AD).
