In the age of digital transformation, digitization, and artificial intelligence, we find that all aspects of our lives, from waking up in the morning with a digital alarm clock and having breakfast prepared using digital cooking equipment, to going to work via smart transportation linked to digital applications for private or taxi services, and returning home after work, shopping, or leisure, everything in our lives has become linked to digitization, digital transformation, or artificial intelligence. Even travel and vacations require us to book and travel using smart digital applications that undoubtedly help in booking hotels, plane tickets, restaurants, stadiums, or cinemas, as well as shopping in local and international stores and markets. Without exaggeration, digitization has become an integral part of our lives and an indispensable necessity. This investigative research seeks to monitor this phenomenon. The researcher aims to determine the impact of digitization on human resources in the Libyan commercial banking sector, specifically its effects on management and business, and in particular its impact on human resources in the Libyan commercial banking sector, which is the study sample. The researcher seeks to determine this through the results of this investigative research
