معدل انتشار التهاب الكبد الفيروسي لدى مرضى القصور الكلوي المزمن في المرحلة النهائية الخاضعين للعلاج بغسيل الكلى في مدينة ترهونة، ليبيا

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد مدى انتشار التهاب الكبد الفيروسي بين مرضى الفشل الكلوي النهائي الخاضعين للغسيل الكلوي في مدينة ترهونة. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي المقطعي، وشملت عينة مكونة من 140 مريضًا، أظهرت النتائج أن نسبة الإصابة بفيروس التهاب الكبد B بلغت 6.4%، بينما بلغت نسبة الإصابة بفيروس التهاب الكبد C نحو 3.6%، كما بينت النتائج أن معظم المرضى يخضعون لثلاث جلسات غسيل أسبوعيًا، وأن ارتفاع ضغط الدم كان من أكثر الأمراض المصاحبة شيوعًا. وتؤكد الدراسة أهمية الفحص الدوري، والتطعيم ضد التهاب الكبد B، والالتزام بإجراءات مكافحة العدوى داخل وحدات الغسيل الكلوي للحد من انتقال العدوى وتحسين سلامة المرضى.
